All images taken by Heart Horse Photography are owned by Heart Horse Photography and are protected by UK copyright law. Images may not be screenshotted, copied, altered, or shared without prior purchase or written permission. If you need something editing, or cropping, let me know and I will do it for you!

By viewing all online galleries, you agree not to screenshot or reproduce any images in any form without authorisation. Unauthorised use will result in a £10 charge per image and further infringement will result in refusal of future services. Thank you for respecting the work and copyright of Heart Horse Photography.

Purchased images are licensed for personal use only and must not be used for commercial purposes without additional licensing.

Privacy Policy

Heart Horse Photography respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

Any personal data collected through this gallery (such as names, email addresses, or contact details) is used solely for the purpose of delivering your photography services and managing your orders. Your information will never be shared, sold, or used for marketing without your consent.

Client galleries are private and accessible only via a direct link or password. Images are not made public without your permission.

By using this gallery, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined above.

Viewing & Access

• Final edited images for private sessions will be shared in a password-protected online gallery.

• Public event gallery images are base-edited only. Further edits can be done upon request.

Image Turnaround

• For private bookings, please allow up to 5 working days to receive your final edited images. If there are any unexpected delays, I will communicate with you promptly.

• For event galleries, please allow up to 5 working days for the images to be uploaded. Any updates regarding delays will be stated clearly on my social media platforms.

• I will always aim to have my images edited and uploaded as quickly as possible.

Safety & Behaviour

• All participants attend photo shoots & events at their own risk. I take every precaution to ensure a safe and professional photoshoot experience, however, I am not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the session, particularly in outdoor locations or when working with animals.

• Clients must arrive on time and prepared for their shoot.

• Respect towards the photographer and any participants is expected at all times.

• Bad language, verbal abuse, or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Payment & Refunds

• A 50% deposit of the total photoshoot price is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours of your shoot. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the shoot and loss of the deposit.

• The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot.

• Please allow an extra 30 minutes beyond the shoot time for a consultation to ensure you get everything you want from your session.

• Payments must be made via BACS transfer only.

• A booking form must be completed once your shoot has been confirmed.

• If poor weather is forecast on the day of your private photoshoot booking, we will discuss whether to proceed or reschedule. A backup date will be pencilled in at the time of booking to allow flexibility in case of weather disruptions.

• Travel fees may apply for private photoshoot bookings depending on the shoot location. These fees will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process.

Complaints

• Any concerns or complaints should be raised within 7 days of receiving your final images so they can be resolved promptly.

What You Can & Can’t Do With Your Images

Personal & Event Clients

• No screenshotting – this is considered image theft.

• Web-size images may be shared on social media.

• Do not share images with brands/companies without permission.

• Always credit/tag Heart Horse Photography when sharing online.

• Please notify me in writing if you'd prefer your images not be shared on my platforms. If you do not make me aware of this, I will assume you are happy for me to share your images on my platforms.

Business Clients & Event Holders

• You may use your licensed images for marketing, social media, website, and print.

• Do not resell or share images with third parties without written permission.

• Editing, cropping, or applying filters is not permitted unless agreed.

• If you prefer your business images remain private, please let me know in writing.
